WORLD GARBAGE COLLECTOR’S DAY

Imagine that there’s no garbage collector in your town or estate for one year, or better still, imagine that your kitchen and cooking utensils have not been washed or cleaned for one year?

Would you really like your meal to be prepared in such an environment.

The kidney is the garbage collector of the body. The body is the most amazing complex biological machine.

Therefore, wastes are continually being produced in more than 72trillion cells of the body. These wastes, toxins and other chemicals (detoxified in the liver) are carried to the kidney for filtration and removal as urine for the body.

The kidney filters about 400 gallons of blood per day. When the “garbage collector ” is doing it’s job very well, the cells, tissues and organs of your body are working at optimal capacity.

However, when the kidney is damaged, these garbage begins to build up in the body and poisons it.

Kidney diseases are very expensive to treat or manage, and most times, the patients die even after spending so much money.

The three most common causes of kidney disease are diabetes, high blood pressure and OTC (over the counter drugs like ibuprofen, aspirin etc).

Also, antacids and milk has been discovered to cause kidney stones (one of the most painful experiences ever known to man).

Let me be very frank, the real main causes of kidney issues are your diet and lifestyle. This is because diabetes , high blood pressure and narcotics are under diet and lifestyle.
Close to my office is a kidney centre, do yourself a favour, don’t be included in the statistics.
